To improve the company’s environmental performance and thus reduce the overall impact of its operations on the environment, HYDIS implements the RoHS Directive, an international guideline restricting the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic devices.

In order to succeed in global markets, it is necessary for the company to strictly abide by international environmental laws on environmentally harmful materials that may be present in parts and products. Efforts to manage the use of these materials should be carried out even before the start of production, particularly during part development. This is something that HYDIS is doing in line with its commitment to protect the global environment as well as to safeguard the health of its customers.

As part of the measures it implements to develop environment-friendly products, HYDIS also prohibits its contractors and suppliers from using more than the acceptable concentration of hazardous materials in the parts, materials and packaging supplies that they produce. To ensure that this is strictly followed, HYDIS periodically analyzes the materials delivered by suppliers to verify the levels of harmful substances in their products.
